Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or by email. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather or emergencies. Customers will be notified promptly in such cases.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices quoted are based on the size of the area and level of cleaning required. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. A cancellation fee may apply for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure:
