Q: Do you move furniture?
A: We move basic furniture furniture only we do not move heavy furniture breakables or valuables because we do not want to be liable for damages that may be caused to the furniture. If you want areas cleaned that have breakables resting on them please move these pieces of before the technician arrives.
Q: Should I move anything?
A: Yes, you should remove all knick knacks and breakable items.

A: Our dry times typically range from 2 to 10 hours. Dry times can be affected by many factors including weather, humidity, and airflow.
Q: How long before I can walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned?
A: You can walk on your carpet immediately but it is recommended that you limit traffic until the carpet is completely dry.

A: Our technicians will attempt to remove all stains; however some stains can be problematic and may not be able to be completely removed. Problematic stains can include red spots such as red wine, ink, and brightly colored spots. Also, older pet urine stains can cause technicians difficulty while performing your cleaning services. It does depend how long the stains have been on your carpet. We have the best spotting agents available, so please inform the company when you call in if you have any tough stains so the technician is sure to have the proper spotting agents when he arrives. We will do our best to remove your stains.
